Late Arrival

All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be offered extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included, always appreciated but NEVER expected. Your repeat business and referrals to friends and family is the best tip!

Payment/Refund

All major credit cards, cash, Zelle and Apple Pay are accepted. We do not accept any personal or traveler’s checks. Any gift cards, vouchers or certificates must be redeemed at time of booking. All sales are Final.

Bachelorette parties- A card and/or a deposit will be required to hold appointment. Deposit will go towards service, if you do not cancel/reschedule or modify 48hrs prior to appointment, deposit can not be refunded.

Prices Subject to Change

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change.

Special Conditions

Please advise us at time of booking and before your treatment begins of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs which may affect your services.

Residential clients are by referral only.

We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

All our therapists are licensed professionals, any inappropriate misconduct will not be tolerated and reported.
